How do payment plans work?

We offer payment plans on all fine art! Just choose your item, head to the check out and select the payment plan you want. Please note that your item will be shipped once the payment plan has been completed.

How do I get you to commission a work?

All commissions must be booked through my commission booking system. Please note that due to high demand I am only accepting commissions that are booked with a one to one digital meeting. Please head to my commissions policy to find out more.

Do you offer refunds?

All artwork is non refundable. However we do appreciate that sometimes things can arrive damaged. If your art arrives damaged we will request that you provide clear images of the damaged work in order to review your case.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, there is worldwide shipping for most international destinations. If you do not find your destination at the checkout, please drop us an email, and we will see what we can do for you.

If I order more than one print, can they be packaged together to save on shipping?

As long as they are in the same order, they will ship together. If you place more than one order, we can’t guarantee they will ship together. A request would need to be emailed to put the orders together. When you buy more than one item from the Sassy Crayon, any additional open edition prints and merchandise purchased from our shop will have reduced shipping!
